The customer has the obligation to have full legal capacity to engage under these terms and conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale govern the stages of the reservation between the contracting parties.
Confirmation of stay: paper or digital document summarizing the services reserved by the client. The acceptance of the confirmation of stay has the effect of contracting the customer contractually. Service: hotel room reservation and additional services
ARTICLE 1 : RESERVATION
The customer is solely responsible for the choice of services and their suitability for his needs, so that the responsibility of GROUPE POPINNS and its subsidiaries can not be engaged in this regard.
ARTICLE 2 : PRICING
Prices set by POPINNS and its affiliates are inclusive of all taxes except for the local tourist tax. They are expressed in Euros on the basis of the pricing conditions in force on the day of the reservation. They may be modified without notice in the event of pricing increases imposed by service providers, in the event of economic upheavals or price variations such as the change in the VAT rate or the introduction of new taxes. Our prices always include the provision of housing, water, electricity, heating and rental charges. All optional services will be subject to the price supplements provided in the current brochure and made available at the hotel reception. The customer will make his personal case of insurance against rental risks during his stay.
ARTICLE 3 : PAYMENT
Invoices are established by the hotel for the services ordered by the customer on the entire stay and are payable at the reception before departure. The payment for extras (minibar, telephone, laundry, etc.) will be done by the customer directly at the reception before departure. According to articles L441-6 and D441-5 of the Commercial Code, the deadline for payment of sums due is set at the thirtieth day following the date of execution of the requested service and can not exceed forty-five days end of month or sixty days from the date of issue of the invoice. The interest rate for late payment penalties due on the day following the settlement date shown on the invoice is equal to the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank (ECB) to its most recent refinancing operation plus 10 points percentage.
The amount of the fixed compensation for recovery costs is fixed at 40 euros HT. All bookings, whatever their origin, are payable in euros, unless special provisions. Bank charges related to payment (transfer from abroad, bank check, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be claimed at the hotel. Any modification or financial deterioration of the customer may lead to the modification of the payment and booking conditions.
ARTICLE 4 : CANCELLATION
The customer is reminded, in accordance with Article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code. Sums paid in advance that are down payments will not be subject to any refund. In the absence of an advance payment, GROUPE POPINNS and its subsidiaries reserve the right to cancel the option without notice. For any cancellation or modification, the customer will be asked a confirmation in writing (mail, fax, email) to send to the hotel, the date of receipt determining the date of cancellation.

The hotel may debit the guest on the credit card that has been given as a guarantee of reservation or registered at the customer's arrival.
Any interrupted or abbreviated stay, for whatever the reason, will not be eligible for a refund.
GROUPE POPINNS and its subsidiaries advise you to take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
ARTICLE 5 : HOSTING
Signing up to one of the stays proposed by GROUPE POPINNS and its subsidiaries implies to know and to accept the present terms of sale. Each accommodation intended for a maximum number of occupants cannot be occupied by a greater number of people. Domestic animals on a leash are allowed in our establishments for an additional fee fixed at the pricing conditions in effect at the reception. For sanitary reasons, pets are not allowed in the dining rooms. The customer will not be able to bring from the outside any drink or food except in the case of a banquet. Any behavior contrary to morality and public order will cause the hotel to ask the client to leave the establishment without any compensation or refund of sums already paid. In case of use of the Wi-Fi Internet network (free or paid) made available, the customer agrees that no use is made for purposes of reproduction, representation, provision or communication to the public works protected by copyright (texts, images, music, films, software, etc.). If the customer does not comply with the obligations of the security policy of the Internet provider of the hotel, the customer could be accused of the offense of infringement of Article L.335-3 of the Property Code intellectual property, punishable by a fine of € 300,000 and three years' imprisonment. The general ban on smoking in hotels and restaurants is applicable in France since January 2, 2008 in all public places, namely the entire hotel restaurant, except the rented room. Some GROUPE POPINNS establishments and its affiliates are 100% non-smoking which means that it is not possible to smoke in the rooms.
ARTICLE 6 : CHECK-IN
The reserved rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival (check-in). The customer must submit the stay confirmation that GROUPE POPINNS and its subsidiaries have sent to him when paying the balance of your reservation. The receptionist greets the client according to the opening hours. He will give him the keys of his home, and will ask the customer the details of his valid credit card, as a guarantee (card number, validity date, name of the carrier and cryptogram). It is important for the client to check the general condition of his home and to mention any deficiencies within 24 hours of arrival. After this period, the client will be considered to have tacitly acknowledged the accuracy of the inventory and the cleanliness of the accommodation. The customer must report to the hotel reception any deterioration or breakage during his stay.
ARTICLE 7 : CHECK-OUT
On the day indicated on the reservation confirmation the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 AM (check-out). It must be returned in perfect condition. Any broken, damaged or stolen object and any costs of restoration of the premises, if necessary, will be charged to the customer and may be charged on the bank card of the latter recorded upon arrival or the reservation.
ARTICLE 8 : TRANSPORTATION
The hotel does not provide any services related to the customer’s transportation, and cannot be held responsible for any problems: delay, cancellation, etc.
ARTICLE 9 : RESPONSABILITY;
The GROUPE POPINNS and its subsidiaries will not be held responsible for the following:
The customer agrees to maintain sufficient liability coverage for the duration of hotel services, seminars, meetings, and conferences.
The photos of the hotel on the Internet reflect the reality but are not contractual because of the construction work that can be made. The customer cannot claim any claim for this fact.
ARTICLE 10 : PRIVACY
Unless the client states clear opposition, GROUPE POPINNS and its subsidiaries are likely to send him by email his promotional offers, "newsletter" (newsletter) and satisfaction questionnaires. The customer has the option to oppose, at no cost, that the data concerning him are used for purposes of prospection, in particular commercial.
ARTICLE 11 : CLAIMS
Do not hesitate to contact the manager of the hotel for any remarks or concerns during your stay.
